Transactions of the Indian Ceramic Society

Welcome to the new website of the Transactions of the Indian Ceramic Society, www.transactions-incers.org, devoted to science, current research, technology and industry-related news on glass and ceramics being published since 1941. This is the most important journal in glass and ceramics published in India by the Indian Ceramic Society www.incers.in. Recently selected for coverage in Thompson Reuters products and custom information services, it is also covered in some of the most important abstracting journals in the area.

The journal deals with subjects like chemical, mechanical, optical, electronic and spectroscopic properties of glass and ceramics, and characterization of materials belonging to this family. We believe that this new website will offer a direct and efficient way of communication among authors, reviewers and the editorial office. It will be our great pleasure to obtain your suggestions and comments through e-mail : tics1941@gmail.com.

Types of Contribution

Original research papers, topical reviews, opinions and achievements, as also industry profiles are most welcome for publication after peer review. The contributions should be accompanied by abstracts, keywords and other details, as elaborated in the author's section. News, views and other comments on activities of specific industries and organizations, as also analyses of industrial scenarios are also welcome.
