Abstract
The oxidation-reduction reactions FeH~ FeB+ in vermiculite mineral have been studied by the electron paramagnetic resonance technique. The results obtained in a mineral containing essentially Mg2+ and Mg-vermiculite replaced with 0.18% of Pt ion in the interlayer spa~e were compared. It has been shown that oxidation took place durmg evacuation while reduction occurred in course of H 2 treatment.
