Abstract
A simple experimental laboratory foaming chamber fabricated at
NML is described. The effect of mechanical beating in terms of revolutions
per minute of the shaft, used in the frothing chamber, on
the frothing character has been studied. The kinetics of frothing of
various compositions and method of reaching optimum composition
of a set of frother and stabilizer have also been dealt with.
