| A review on calcium phosphate glasses and glass-ceramics is
presented. The glass formation, structure, water content, physical
and mechanical properties, and crystallization behaviour of the
calcium phosphate glasses are specifically discussed. Materials
derived from the calcium phosphate system are potentially useful
for biological applications. |
