| Abstract |
| An explanation has been offered regarding the bearing of the
changes in structure and composition occurring in the phases
formed on pyrolysis of the acid-treated rice husk at
1300°-1500°C in N2-atmosphere. SiC and Si2N20 formed have
been identified by XRD study. Effects of catalysts (Cd, Ni, Pd,
Co, Zr, Mo and V) on the phases at 1500°C have also been
established from XRD. |
