| Abstract |
| The use of permanent magnets in the ceramic industry is
not a new one. Twenty or more years ago it was common
practice to use rakes or grids built with the magnets obtained
from an old model T Ford Generator. The development of
more powerful electromagnetic devices for tramp iron removal
supplanted these crude machines. The development of Alnico
Permanent magnets with high intensity has brought permanent
magnets ba.ck ItS a tool for to-day's ceramist. |
