Abstract
It is indeed an occasion of great honour
and privilege to this Institute and to myself,
as its Head, to be in a position to
welcome to this place, your Excellency and
the delegates to the 23rd Annual Session
of the Indian Ceramic Society. I also
welcome Sir Padampat Singhania and members
of the Reception Committee to this
Institute.
